Emily M. Gruenhagen

Emily brings to Davis over 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager, expanding her talents and expertise to include accounting and office management. Through this multi-faceted experience, Emily was able to cultivate relationships built on trust and confidence, with clients and tenants alike, further supporting their business objectives. Prior to joining the Davis team, Emily continued to mature her talents as an Associate Real Estate Manager for CBRE, where she managed a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office, retail and residential properties. Her broad real estate portfolio experience is crucial to her role as Property Manager with Davis, and supporting asset management and client investment goals.

Emily received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State University in 2013, where she graduated with academic honors. She is an active member of BOMA and licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Minnesota. In her free time she enjoys spending time soaking up medieval history, being outdoors and playing board games with her family.
