Property Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building portfolio correspondence to and from clients, tenants and vendors as directed by Property Managers
- Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained per operational standards, including leases and contracts
- Manage Building Engines work order system
- Obtain aging report on behalf of Property Managers and follow-up on all delinquencies, utilizing Davis or client-directed policies
- Ensure invoices are processed with appropriate back-up and according to established procedures
- Coordinate tenant requests for above standard work and manage tenant work orders
- Responsible for aspects of development and maintenance of tenant anniversaries, holiday gifts, property events, and training meetings or programs for tenants
- Ensure Certificates of Insurance for vendors are up to date
- Manage tenant bill back process and procedures as required
- Assist management team with annual budgets preparation, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
- Assist with vendor contract procurement and document compliance
- Help manage building needs in the absence of the Property Managers
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Yardi accounting platform a plus
- 3 -5 years property management experience a plus
- Previous customer service background

- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of work product and complete work within specified deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
