Three dental practices (pediatric dentistry, oral surgeons, and an orthodontist) formed a working group to develop a new clinic location in a secondary market. After struggling to identify/secure a site and to form a functional real estate partnership, the three groups engaged Davis to lead the development process. Davis quickly identified and secured a highly visible and accessible site in the target market area. After working with the principals of the three groups to define their respective real estate objectives, Davis structured a real partnership that enabled each of the groups to invest in the project based on their respective comfort levels and space commitments. The dental practices can acquire full ownership of the project at their election. Although the total project size is relatively small, Davis obtained aggressive construction pricing and a highly favorable interest rate on the loan.
