Southdale Medical Center in Edina Works To Stay Competitive

As one of the oldest and largest suburban medical complexes in the Twin Cities, the Southdale Medical Center constantly needs to work to stay competitive. The latest project is a 57,000 SF, four-story addition along with a parking ramp.
Davis is handling the leasing for this new addition, currently known as the Southdale Medical Building Phase III. The owners of the building are putting in the required investments to make the new medical offices appealing to healthcare providers. The first major tenant is Fertility Lab Sciences, who will occupy most of the building’s fourth floor. Davis anticipates that most of the building will be leased within the next several months.
